Thank you for stopping by.  I believe everyone should own at least one piece of original art.  Original art has character that isn't captured in a print which is flat and devoid of texture.  I sell my paintings matted and ready to frame.  This allows my customers to have an original piece of art at a reasonable price.  Framing can be done as cheaply or as expensively as the customer wishes.  I currently sell my paintings on Etsy.  If you are interested in a painting the details are in my Etsy shop. My Story
 I am largely a self-taught artist.  I began painting in my fifties!  After my father died, my mother came to live with me.  I needed something to keep her busy, so we enrolled in a watercolor class.  Although mom was artistic, I was not.  Much to my surprise a spark of talent emerged.  A year or so later an artist friend suggested I enter a post card painting contest.  Although, my paintings didn't win any awards, a few did sell.  This encouraged me to continue my journey as an artist.  Therefore, here I am creating in both watercolor and soft pastels.
